Co-owner, Andy Buck is a licensed professional surveyor in both Michigan (PS 58062) and Wisconsin (S-2921).
He graduated with a B.S. in Land Surveying from Michigan Technological University in 2005 and also is an alumni of Ishpeming High School.
Andy gained his land surveying experience working for the BLM in Alaska, Michigan Department of Transportation and two private engineering firms before opening his own company.
Co-owner, Brad Andresen started his surveying career in 1998 working for a private engineering/surveying firm and spent many years working all over Michigan and Wisconsin.
A Boundary Survey establishes the location of property lines for a parcel of land as described in a deed.
This involves the research of publicly recorded documents, a search for existing survey monumentation, precise field measurements, office computations and placement of permanent survey monuments to reference the location of the property corners (if not already marked and accepted in the correct location).
A "Certificate of Survey" is prepared for the client's personal records documenting and certifying the results of the survey.
Receiving an estimate of costs for a survey takes very little effort on your part and is easier than you may think.
We need a copy of your deed in which a description of your land helps determine an accurate estimate.
The cost of a Land Survey is directly related to the total time and effort involved for the survey.
Contact us today so we can take your information and can get a quote to you quickly.
An estimate can vary depending on a mass of factors such as level of accessibility, location, terrain, time of year, etc.
