Listed below are some types of surveys we provide.
Knowing what the landowner intends to do with the survey helps us determine how many features they need.
If you have any questions about what your project requires, please call 715-548-0566.
ALTA/NSPS LAND TITLE SURVEY: Most often used for developed properties being bought/sold.
Lenders often require ALTA Surveys to provide a record of the improvements on the property and identify any potential title issues.
BOUNDARY SURVEY: Identifies corners of existing property.
Whether you have industrial, commercial retail or vacant land, Healy Land Surveying will use our 25 years of experience preparing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys to provide you with prompt professional service at a competitive price.
ALTA/NSPS LAND TITLE SURVEYS are comprehensive boundary surveys in accordance to the current Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey set forth by the American Land Title Association in conjunction with the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
BOUNDARY SURVEYS in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin are based on the Public Land Survey System.
Your property is referenced to the PLSS by Section, Township and Range designations which uniquely identify the location of your property.
The original government surveys of this area established the system we still use.
Most rural parcels and many parcels in incorporated areas are still described by metes and bounds descriptions which reference the Section, Township and Range in which the property lies.
Preparing a site for development requires accurate surveying to determine the topographical features and existing site improvements relative to the property lines.
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS show the existing grades of the site and other topographical features as well as physical improvements to the site.
SITE PLANS are often required by municipalities to show zoning compliance and to obtain building permits.
Healy Land Surveying has the experience to assist you through the permitting process from concept to final approval.
