CPS, LLC provides high quality ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys to suit your individual needs.
ALTA Surveys are often required by the Title Company and/or Lender and show current conditions, improvements, easements and any other optional item required by the lender or title company.

Boundary surveys are a plat of your parcel(s) that meet the Minimum Standards for Boundary Surveys as required by the State of Ohio.
Boundary Surveys are required when a description is "red stamped" by the county and does not meet their standards.
You may also need a boundary survey to submit with a building permit to add improvements on your parcel or if you just want to know where your parcel line is.
Every county in Ohio has unique requirements for Plats of Survey and descriptions.
CPS will make sure the plat and description meet these requirements and are pre-approved by the County Auditor and/or Engineer before providing the final survey to you to provide to your title company.
