The moisture survey is a non-destructive systematic way of detecting entrapped subsurface moisture within the roof system composition materials. After identifying the entrapped moisture our inspectors continue the process by documenting all of the likely leak sources, deteriorated flashings, and other necessary maintenance requirements. The detailed information is then documented through digital photography, core sample descriptions, and computerized "Graphic Interpretation Sheets".
