Bernklau Surveying was founded in 1993 by current owner Thomas Bernklau. Our company is located in Sussex, Wisconsin in the Milwaukee Metropolitan area. We are a small business whose focus is on thorough accurate work, timely service and competitive rates. Thomas is a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Wisconsin.
We are proudly affiliated with the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors, National Society of Professional Surveyors, Metropolitan Builders Association and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce.Our service area includes all of the State of Wisconsin, although most of our work is in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our expectations are to increase our client base while maintaining a small company atmosphere.
Thomas has over 35 years of land surveying experience. His work history includes land surveying and construction management with Waste Management of Wisconsin and A.W. Oakes & Son. He joined Bernklau Surveying full time in 1999. Thomas has an Associates degree from Fox Valley Technical College.
