B & L Surveys, P.A. has been providing surveying services for Davidson County, N.C. and surrounding counties since 1991. Our staff consist of two Professional Land Surveyors, Kim H. Black (Registered in 1990) and S. Todd Leonard (Registered in 1991). Our total surveying experience dates back to 1986. We both are directly involved in all projects of the firm.

Services
When it is determined that a land survey is needed, only a Professional Land Surveyor, licensed by the North Carolina State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, is legally permitted to survey the land in North Carolina.
Every Professional Land Surveyor MUST follow the requirements listed in the "Standards of Practice for Land Surveying in North Carolina."
The State Board publishes these standards and the Professional Land Surveyor you hire can provide a copy upon request.
