We have been a union contractor with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 825 since 1989 and Local 15 since 1995. Mountain View Layout Service is a multi-faceted firm with extensive experience in land surveying.
Our surveying department is led by Marc J. Cifone, PLS (NJ and NY). Marc graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1997.
