Pendulum Surveying is one of the newest surveying companies in the East Texas area.
However, veteran surveyor and owner, Shawn Billings, has deep roots in East Texas and has been licensed to practice professional land surveying since 2003.
Prior to earning his licensure, Shawn worked in a family operated surveying business from his youth.
With over 20 years of professional experience in a wide variety of surveying applications, Shawn continues to have a passion for land surveying.
Shawn, in coordination with Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS), is currently heading the committee to update the state plane coordinate system for the State of Texas.
