Our office and field personnel are extensively trained, highly skilled, licensed and/or certified surveyors and chainmen. Cinquini & Passarino provides aerial surveying via small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS). Adding a small unmanned aircraft system, more commonly referred to as a drone, to our toolbox enables Cinquini & Passarino to quickly provide our clients geo-referenced digital images.

Our 3D high definition laser scanners can produce complete point clouds of existing buildings and rooms. Land Surveying has always been our core service.
Land surveying technology has changed a lot over the years but our primary mission has not: Provide high quality land surveying services with integrity, timely service and thorough communication.
Each survey has unique and challenging components.
Cinquini & Passarino is an innovative and problem-solving land surveying firm which partners with our clients to obtain your project goals.
Effective communication is the best way to gain an understanding of your project.
Topographic surveys whether conventional or aerial provide digital information about the land elevation and features.
Utilizing information such as project size, terrain, and the purpose of the survey, we work with clients to determine the most cost effective survey and mapping method.
Choosing the right method can often be critical for the overall financial success of a project.
Most civil engineering firms prefer ground topographic surveys.
Ground topographic surveys provide information that cannot be determined from aerial photographs such as elevations under a tree's canopy, a tree trunk location and size, tree species, and drip line radii.
Boundary surveys are required for many reasons, such as wanting to build a fence between neighbors, to establish setback lines or to accurately determine the perimeter of a development area.
A boundary survey is a process that determines and relates the deed lines to physical features on the ground.
Parcels of land are created using various methods to describe their position on earth.
It is the surveyor's responsibility to re-establish these parcels as they were first created and to expose any discrepancies that may exist between deed lines (what your title says you own) and lines of occupation (what rights you may or may not have).
Cinquini & Passarino provides clients with land title surveys in accordance with the most current version of the American Land Title Association/American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ALTA/ACSM) Minimum Standard Detail Requirements.
These industry standards provide a clear scope of work for all parties to understand.
In order for the ALTA survey map to be acceptable to a title insurance company, certain specific details and pertinent information will be presented for the distinct and clear understanding between the client, the title insurance company, and C&P.
