It may sound obvious, but we do this by always looking for our client's best interest and over-communicating by being available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Showing up to a job on time, responding to phone calls within the hour, and sending out proposals immediately are just few of the many ways we prove our reputation. This is a service that many clients deserve but seldom receive.

It's not our great technology or the size of our company that defines us but is our drive to revolutionize the surveying industry that shows how we have grown as a business. We believe that while many companies use the latest technologies, they implement them with methods of the past. Not only do we invest in these latest technologies, we are constantly modernizing our process of implementing them so we are able to utilize their full potential.

This allows us to work harder, work faster and always deliver on or ahead of our deadlines. By being so far ahead of our competition, we are consistently pushing our own standards, paving way for the future of land surveying while also setting example for surveyors around us.

Our firm offers services to clients from a variety of industries and prides itself on achieving 100% satisfaction by developing strong client relationships through attentive communication and pleasant assistance.

A Property (boundary) Survey, also known as an A2 Survey, is our basic survey that can be used for many purposes.
A property survey can be used for design, to obtain a certificate of occupancy, permits or to gain a better understanding of your property and its boundaries.
Property surveys will show man made features such as Buildings, Driveways, Walls, and Fences, along with any natural features such as ponds and streams.
A property survey will also depict any easements that might be encumbering or augmenting the property.
An elevation certificate ensures your flood insurance rate is tailored to your actual risk.
FEMA took a financial hit due to superstorm Sandy.
Flood insurance premiums had to raise yearly to try and make up for the losses.
One way to make sure the huge financial crisis never occurred again was to lump everyone needing flood insurance into the highest risk.
This means you pay the highest premium possible until you get an elevation certificate to lower the premium to what it actually should be.
Getting an elevation certificate does just that.
We are a friendly, working environment looking for the right people to join the team.
We are looking for people who want to contribute, learn and work hard to grow and help grow with the company.
Company morale, culture and an enjoyable work-life balance is an integral part of our beliefs and values.
We pay above average in the field and provide paid healthcare, a 401k retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and our signature profit sharing bonus system which is unmatched by any other company in the field.
The process is a multi step process as we need to first establish where the properties boundaries are.
Afterward, we then come back to the site to monument the corners and lines using survey markers.
Any current markers that are found at corners will be perpetuated, flagged and made visible.
Corners that are found to not already be marked by a marker will be set.
