Lower Village Survey Company was formed by Leon L. Blood and Deborah L. Briggs in July of 2002.
Our office is located in the Lower Village of Kennebunk, just across the river from Kennebunkport's Dock Square, and conveniently located near other businesses and professionals that we have developed working relationships with for over 10 years.
Leon Blood has over 25 years of experience in the land surveying business.
Leon has worked with many local architects, engineers, land consultants, code enforcement officers, and town planners in developing subdivisions as well as individual building projects.
