Minney Surveying is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, and primarily serves the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Our services include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, right of way surveys, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.

Anne has over 20 years of experience with various types of land surveying projects, with an emphasis on land development projects and local street improvement projects.
Prior to relocating to Kansas in 2016, Anne operated Minney Surveying for several years in California, providing surveying services on both municipal and private projects.
Her responsibilities include project management, interaction with clients and agencies, research, and quality control.
Anne is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in California, Kansas and Missouri, and currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer for the KC Metro Chapter of KSLS and MSPS.
