Marine Technical Services, Incorporated is an expert in small craft construction, modification, and repair.
The company evolved from Mr. Heasley's employment as the Director of Engineering at a boat manufacturer in Washington State building commercial, work, and government boats.
In that position it was necessary to not only design and engineer the vessel, but to provide construction management and quality assurance support to the manufacturing process.
In following years that knowledge was used to support boat builders with the same services, as well as expand into the marine survey trade to inspect and evaluate existing vessels as well as new construction.
