We provide topographic site surveys for clients who are building a home, ADU, garage, or other structure. Construction staking is a very important part of any project small or large and utilizing experienced surveyors is critical to the success of the project. We have decades of experience working on projects of all sizes. In commercial surveys we're often working with a Developer, Builder, or Investment Group.

We work side by side with the Project Manager, Architect, Engineers, and contractors to perform the work correctly and precisely. We often work with land owners and developers to identify property boundaries and divide land. We also assist home owners and realtors in locating property corners and marking property lines. We provide title surveys in accordance with the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and American Congress of Survey and Mapping (ACSM).

In Oregon, as in many states, when commercial property trades hands or is refinanced, a title survey is required. Condominium and townhome surveys are a distinct class of boundary survey that is governed by the State.

We determine the boundaries of the property, relief of the property and it's features - whether they are geological or manmade - existing structures, visible utilities, roadways, curbs, and sidewalks, mountain view corridors, trees and rock out-croppings are some of the items we routinely measure and map.
Our survey maps are comprehensive and provide everything an architect or engineer needs to design the desired structure or feature on the property in accordance with local regulations and codes.

Generally we provide construction staking once we've completed a site survey.
We incorporate the architectural design that we have received and calculate where the structure is to be built.
Then we stake out the foundation of the building for excavation and foundation construction.

Often times we are asked to provide legal descriptions for easements and property line adjustments.
We provide title work for the associations, American Land Title Association (ALTA) and American Congress of Survey and Mapping (ACSM).
