Morrow Surveying got its start in the 1940s with Matt's Grandpa, Frank Morrow, learning the profession during his time as Fire Direction Officer in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War.
After completing his service, Frank worked for various public and private survey and engineering firms before obtaining his professional license.
In 1971 Frank teamed with Emmott Sutcliffe and formed Sutcliffe & Morrow.
Franks, son, Tom Morrow graduated from Davis H.S. in 1972 and began to work with the newly formed business soon after graduation.
