Land & Sea Surveying Concepts was founded in 1992 by Tim Carlile, who remains as the President today. We began as a small firm performing local residential boundary surveys. Today, we are one of the most technologically advanced firms in the State, while remaining committed to customer service. Land & Sea Surveying continues to invest in the latest advances in equipment to provide our clients with an efficient and accurate product every time.

Land and Sea Surveying provided surveying services to set benchmarks and establish elevations on existing benchmarks, measuring points, reference marks and staff gages at 20 different sites. Land and Sea Surveying completed a topographic survey for the personnel recovery flight simulator at Patrick Air Force Base. Land and Sea Surveying provided an as-built survey for the restroom facilities ramp in Melbourne Beach, Florida.

Land and Sea Surveying performed a topographic survey with location of above-ground improvements at the PAFB Tides Club. Land & Sea Surveying performed the Semi Annual March/April Survey of the Sebastian Inlet.

Tim Carlile is the licensed professional surveyor, holding licenses in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and the Virgin Islands.
He is also a USCG licensed captain and a FAA licensed remote pilot.
We have five additional USCG licensed boat captains and three additional FAA licensed remote pilots.

Tim Carlile is the President and founder of Land & Sea Surveying Concepts, Inc.
He has over 44 years of experience in all aspects of the surveying profession.
He oversees the day to day operations of the field crews and office staff.
Mr. Carlile supervises all surveying activities and provides quality control for all Land & Sea Surveying projects.
He also performs the quality control review of the field work and all survey drawings.
Mr. Carlile has worked his way through the ranks from an entry-level rodman to founding Land & Sea Surveying in 1992.
