PLS, Inc., also known as Professional Land Services, is a land surveying firm located in Jackson, Tennessee. For over 20 years, we have provided surveying services to West Tennessee and the Mid-South, while building a reputation for placing professional service above all else. Each project we undertake, whether large or small, receives direct oversight from a licensed land surveyor to insure accuracy and completeness.

Our client list includes Federal, State, and local governments and agencies, design professionals, attorneys, commercial and residential developers, individual owners of large tracts of land, and residential home owners. This wide range of clients with diverse land surveying and mapping needs, requires PLS, Inc. to remain aware of the latest developments and most current technology within the surveying profession.

All licensed surveyors on staff are members of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM) and the Tennessee Association of Professional Land Surveyors (TAPS), with over 25 combined years of experience.

PLS, Inc. has offered surveying services to the West Tennessee area for nearly 20 years.
Each surveyor is a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) and the Tennessee Association of Professional Surveyors (TAPS).
A. Brent Dean is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a B.S. degree in Surveying and Mapping Science.
He has been a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Tennessee since 2001.
He joined PLS, Inc. in 2003 as a project surveyor.
PLS, Inc. is a legitimate small business in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
