All County Surveying was formed in 1988 by Charles C. Lucko, RPLS, and consisted of Mr. Lucko and one employee. Work was done from the Lucko residence in Temple, Texas, and this continued for three years. In 1991 Melinda Lucko was brought on board as bookkeeper and office manager, and the company moved into a small, leased space in a Temple office complex.
As the firm began to grow, 2 more employees were added. Today, ACS maintains a staff of over 18 employees, 3 licensed surveyors (RPLS), and the ability to field 5 to 6 separate field teams. This enables ACS to work daily in Temple, Belton, Waco, Killeen, Georgetown and surrounding counties to perform survey work. Are you considering purchasing a home, installing a fence, pool, home addition or back yard shed, or have you been asked by your mortgage company or insurance company for a FEMA Flood Elevation Certificate?
If so, you need to know the limits of your property. ACS knows the subdivision platting processes and regulations at most all of Central Texas's counties and cities.
