Timothy W. Simms A.M.S. is a marine surveyor based in the South FL area. Tim is a member of The Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS) and has achieved the rank of A.M.S., the societies highest designation. Tim is a graduate of The Chapman School of Seamanship, and holds a United States Coast Guard 100-ton Master's Captains license. Before moving to south Florida, Captain Tim was surveying and providing captain services in and around San Diego, California and coastal cities in Mexico.
