The Subdivisions we undertake range in size from minor ivillage sizedi lots of 2 parcels or more to major subdivisions with multiple lots with infrastructure, being both jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional to the Adirondack Park Agency.
When we undertake a subdivision we represent our Clientis needs throughout the entire subdivision process. ADK Surveying will prepare and submit documents for the Planning and Zoning Boards as well as the Adirondack Park Agency.
