They where about 1 month out.
In less than a month Paul arrived.
Prior to starting work, he took the time to explain what he planned to do and prior to leaving he walked the property lines and pointed out each property corner.
Very happy with the whole experience.
Wanted to insure that the lot line was correct as it could have shifted over 150 years.
Well it did!
Through the survey on one side the believed lot line was off by 5 feet!
