Tim Griffin has over 30 years experience surveying in the Pacific Northwest. He is a licensed professional surveyor in Washington and Oregon and a graduate of the Geographic Informations Systems (GIS) Program at the University of Washington. Tim and his staff are well qualified to bring the knowledge and tools necessary for the success of your project.
We look forward to working with you. References are available upon request. In addition to membership and financial donations, the Land Trust occasionally receives gifts of professional services. We recently had the pleasure of working with two land surveyors who gave portions of their services as in-kind gifts. Tim Griffin originally donated surveying service to the Land Trust as a partner at Mead Gilman & Associates.
Now he has done so with his own firm, Tyee Surveyors. For Tim, supporting the Land Trust is about honoring his family's history and heritage. His mother grew up on Whidbey and his wife's family had a home on Cultus Bay near the Hammons Preserve.

Services
Tyee has worked along side of Continental for the past year.
In August of 2012 the owner of Continental, Floyd Hancock (pictured at left) retired from full time work, at which point Tyee purchased the records and files of Continental.
Having access to the Continental files provides us with the needed information to service Continental clients.
Floyd continues to work part time for us.
