As the years passed and the company grew larger and more successful, they began to look for a new 'Bob & Peggy' that would enable them to retire and spend more time traveling.
In June of 2004, through a rather round about way, Aaron Dyck, a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Washington was looking to relocate his family from the Spokane area.
