Services
A plot plan is prepared and certified by a registered land surveyor showing a property's lot area, boundary lines, the locations of existing structures (i.e., houses, decks, garages, sheds, etc.), and the dimensions along the front, rear, and sides of each structure.
Lot staking requires us to place physical markers at corners of your property and along the property lines.
Normally we will set iron rebar at the corners and 3' wooden stakes along the line.
Lot staking is usually requested when dealing with encroaching neighbors or fencing in a yard.
