In January of 2011 Superior Staking, Inc. expanded its services with the hiring of Andy Hunter and the launch of Wisconsin Land Surveying, Inc. Our company will continue to offer Construction Staking services as it has since Superior Staking was formed in 2001, but with the addition of Andy, Wisconsin Land Surveying, Inc. now has the capability of performing all Land Surveying related services.

We've also fully equipped two additional crews that are based out of home offices in Oshkosh and in Chilton.

Per Wisconsin state statutes any time a surveyor monuments a property corner, a plat of survey must be performed and a map drawn and recorded with the county in which the survey was done.
This map will show the solution to the parcel boundary and the evidence used in reaching that solution.
The main structures and most improvements on the property will also be located and shown on the map with distance relationships shown to the lot lines.
