Raymond has over 20 years of experience working throughout Vermont & New Hampshire.
He is passionate about surveying, maintaining memberships in various professional societies, and is a regular contributor to the nationally distributed survey magazine Point of Beginning.
The team at Vermont Survey Consultants, LLC includes Raymond, an experienced survey technician, and Remington our survey dog/mascot.

If an Elevation Certificate shows that flood insurance is not required, we can complete a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) application.
This is submitted to FEMA and is used to remove a specific structure or parcel of land from a mapped flood hazard area.
This is a frequent occurrence in rural areas where a property sitting on higher ground and well above the base flood elevation is inadvertently included in the floodplain.
