Potomac Valley Surveys was formed in 2002 by David Mowatt after more than twenty years experience surveying in the Washington Metropolitan area. David Mowatt, President, is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Maryland (L.S. 21136) and in the District of Columbia (LS900715). He provides the responsible management of the entire firm's surveying operations.
David Mowatt is a member the Maryland Society of Surveyors and a Charter Member of the District of Columbia Association of Land Surveyors. All of the survey staff are members of the American Congress on Survey and Mapping (ACSM) and are certified survey technicians.
