Our commercial land surveying services include topographical land surveys, 3-D digital elevation modeling, site plan surveys, construction staking, standardized alta surveys, interior and exterior laser scanning, along with planning and development services. Our municipal work includes topographical land surveys, construction staking, land divisions and subdivision plats, GIS, easements and right-of-ways.

We also provide CAD drafting and plotting services from Technical Assistance Company, also owned by Cedar Creek Surveying. Our team of land surveyors provides planning services for property subdivision, including subdivision plats and certified survey maps, and prepares condominium plats for divided ownership. We also perform topographical and property line surveys.

We provide an accurate and detailed base map, in both a digital and paper format, for the design of new infrastructure, buildings and landscaping.
In addition to base maps, we can also produce a detailed, 3D digital elevation model of the property's existing ground surface for volume calculation and purposes.
Most governing municipalities require a site plan showing the location of proposed buildings and structures before they issue a building permit.
Municipalities want to know that the proposed buildings and structures are within the property line setback requirements per the zoning that the building site is located in.
Cedar Creek can provide a detailed and accurate base map (paper and digital) for the design of new buildings, infrastructure and landscaping.
In addition, we will also provide a 3D digital elevation model of the existing grounds surface for engineering and volume calculation needs.

Cedar Creek Surveying can stake rough grades, road center lines, underground sewer and water main, final grades, curbing, sidewalks, parking lots, building foundations, indoor building structures, and anything else shown on your construction plans that you need accurately located.
We can provide initial planning and design services to explore the feasibility of subdividing your property.
Depending on the size of your property and the number of lots to create, we will propose a Certified Survey Map or a Subdivision Plat.
If requested, we will represent the developer at the municipality planning meetings for subdivision approval.
We will provide staking for the construction of the grades, roads and utilities for the infrastructure of the subdivision.
We will provide final plats for recording and set the final lot corners.
