Services
Greg Wardle, the president of Coast & Valley Land Surveying has been a fully licensed surveyor in the State of California since 1977.
He has experienced all major disciplines of the profession.
Spending over 12 years working with city and county agencies has afforded him vast exposure to almost every aspect of the profession.
Greg's military experience with both the Air Force and the Navy made it possible to expand his education with additional educational benefits while in service.
Post-military, Greg spent several years working with a private firm and enhanced his experience in "high rise" construction practices, airports, ALTA surveys and other major projects.
In our first phone conversation, we will take complete information on the project and the property.
At no cost to you, we investigate the situation and maps online to determine the scope and complexity of the work.
Within several hours we can usually get back to you with a "not to exceed" estimate.
And we are usually very competitive.
Give us the green light and we will send out our crew at the earliest possible time that works for you and for us, usually within a matter of days.
Working with the local government agencies can be extremely challenging and costly if one is not experienced.
First, you must determine if land development is even feasionable.
After our initial contact with a client, we help you determine if the land is a legal lot, meets current zoning, before and after development, and if necessary, whether it is truly a buildable site.
Ordinances, fees, and procedures change frequently, therefore, knowing the appropriate questions to ask at the initial phase is one of the highest priorities for our client.
