Services
In a boundary survey, we develop evidence as to the location of one or more property boundary lines.
Then there are a number of options available, per the client's request.
We can flag existing boundary monuments, mark the property line and/or reset any missing monuments.
In a boundary line adjustment, the common line between two adjoining parcels of land can be adjusted, or changed, subject to approval by the relevant governmental jurisdiction, as long as no new parcel is created.
This is the division of one parcel into several parts.

In conducting a boundary survey, we develop evidence to support a conclusion as to the extent of interests in land on the surface of the earth.
These interests usually derive originally from sovereign governments.
Here in Arizona, the federal government usually surveyed and monumented the boundaries of land prior to sale to the public.
Hence, in general, the boundaries of property, here in Arizona, usually depend upon the location of physical monuments.
Most parcels of land derive from some parent parcel originally patented into private ownership.
